Return Policy
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags, packaging, and invoices intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Innerwear and lingerie
- Beauty or personal care products
- Customized or altered products
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are usually credited within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment option used.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Refund Policy
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed only after the returned product passes the quality check.
- COD refunds cannot be credited as cash.
- The refund amount will be transferred to:
- Customer’s bank account, or
- UPI ID, or
- Store wallet/store credit
- Customers may be asked to share bank account or UPI details for processing the refund.
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after successful pickup and verification of the returned item.
Exchange Policy
- Customers can request an exchange for:
- Wrong size
- Defective product
- Damaged item received
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact our support team with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Issue details
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per policy.
